Installation Use a heavy-duty rotary saw ,preferably a pneumatic or gas-powered, with a carbide or diamond coated blade, it is easier to cut grating from the smooth side of the panel .Standard Installation Clearance, all grating panels be installed with at 40mm support around all edges, All panels should be attached to supporting surfaces with hold-down saddle clip on 900mm centers. End panel connectors must have support.
Three Standard Stainless Steel Clips£ºpanels should be supported on all sides and attached to the supporting framework with either type M or L clips. A minimum of four clips per side is required for full size panels. Use type C clips to unite the two adjacent panels, where panels cannot be supported on all sides. Clips are sold as set consisting of clip,bolt,nut and washers.
